Christmas Pie Making Masterclass with Calum Franklin

Calum Franklin, known fondly as Chef Calum, has worked at a variety of renowned restaurants including The Ivy and Aurora, prior to heading up the kitchen at Holborn Dining Room, where he earnt the reputation of London's King of Pies!
His mesmerising golden creations have taken social media by storm and were the inspiration behind his award-winning cookbook "The Pie Room”. Over the festive season, be sure to stop by the Lower Ground Floor of our Piccadilly store to feast on one of Calum's exquisite pies, crafted for Fortnum's in collaboration with our partners 'Dickinson & Morris', pioneers of the famous Melton Mowbray Pork Pie.
In addition to this, join us in the Food and Drink Studio on 21st November and discover the art of making pies from Chef Calum himself. He’ll demonstrate his Christmas pie (which you will be able to dig into, along with some festive sides) before teaching you how to make your very own hand-raised pork pie (which you can take home with you). Calum’s brand-new book, Modern Pie Maker, will also be available to purchase on the day, with Calum signing copies after the masterclass.
