Santa in the City
Santa in the City is the perfect way to get you, your friends, and your family into the London festive spirit!
This year’s festive fun runs will be held on 8, 9 and 10th December 2026.
Walk, jog, or run through the heart of London dressed as Santa and help support amazing charities and community sports clubs.
Every adult participant is provided with a 5-piece Santa Suit (Hat, beard, jacket, trousers & belt), participant number & medal. U18s run for free, and their places can be selected when you sign up.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. When you sign up, you need to choose to collect your Santa Suit on the day from our collection points, or have it delivered to you in advance, and postage fees apply.
Route
Your Santa Run 5km route will begin in Paternoster Square. Your route will start by going past St Paul’s Cathedral and then across Blackfriars Bridge, where you will enjoy world-famous views of Tower Bridge, The Shard of London, and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
You will then go over Southwark Bridge and join the Thames Path, where you will head towards the Tower of London and Tower Bridge via some of London’s most unknown hidden paths.
You will then return through the City, back over Southwark Bridge to the lively Bankside area, on the south side of the River Thames.
After another 500m, you will cross the Millennium Bridge and once again take in the views of St Paul's Cathedral as you head towards the finish line in Paternoster Square, completing a truly iconic route!
No previous experience is needed for a run like this. The route is 5km, relatively flat, and you can walk or run.
